CSR - Customer Service Representative

Red Seal Notary Inc., Canada's National Notary Public Company is in search of a motivated, positive and professional customer service representative.

Professional and friendly office environment conveniently located in downtown Toronto and easily accessible via TTC.

The office is open Monday to Friday 9am-6pm and Saturdays from 11am-5pm.

This post is only for Saturdays, 11am-5pm. Must be able to work all Saturdays shifts as required.

Responsibilities include

• Working in an inbound/outbound contact centre;
• Scheduling appointments via telephone and email;
• Managing email communications and general correspondence to clients;
• Assisting notaries with walk-in clients, documents and files;
• Creating Daily Reports;
• Office administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
• Experience in a customer service oriented environment;
• Experience in a telephone based work place with a professional telephone manner;
• Knowledge of MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude;
• Ability to successfully manage customer challenges;
• Ability to work in a busy environment and to prioritize;
• Ability to work flexible hours.
