PART-TIME Barista – Adelaide Location

We’re hiring a part-time Barista/Cashier/Server for our Adelaide location.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, and able to thrive in a very fast-paced, busy environment. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys customer service, works well under pressure, and can stay focused and organized during high-volume shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Take orders, answer questions, and recommend drinks
• Prepare coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks
• Follow recipes, quality standards, and customer preferences
• Keep the café, equipment, and workstations clean and stocked
• Handle cash and operate the POS system accurately
• Support teammates and help maintain smooth daily operations
• Uphold company standards for service, cleanliness, and professionalism

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience is required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume setting
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Must be available for at least one weekend day
