Sales Manager - Facade and Cladding Solutions

We currently have 2 vacancies for the following positions

• Sales Manager - Luxury Villas
• Sales Manager - Building Facades

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and manage relationships with consultants, Interior designers, developers, façade contractors, Hospitality, Interior Fitouts and main contractors.
• Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within the UAE market.
• Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, quotations and tenders.
• Lead contract negotiations, terms and close high-value façade glass projects in line with company policies.
• Manage projects from order confirmation through production, delivery, and handover.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, QA/QC, Planning, and Logistics teams.
• Ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, specifications, and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors as required Monitor project budgets, variations, and payment milestones.
• Handle client coordination, progress updates, and issue resolution. Track sales pipeline, project status, and revenue forecasts.
• Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on payments.
• Prepare regular sales and project reports for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Structural) Business, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in façade / architectural glass industry within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of glass types, façade systems, fabrication processes, and installation methodologies
• Experience with high-rise, commercial, and complex architectural projects
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills
• Familiarity with local authority approvals and standards
• Valid UAE driving license
• Arabic speaking language is advantage
