Key Responsibilities

• Account Management
• Tesco & Waitrose
• Supporting the CCO to:
• Manage the P&L for Tesco and Waitrose
• Develop and deliver annual Joint Business Plans (JBP)
• Identify and unlock new distribution and promotional opportunities
• Drive revenue, profit, and market share growth International Distributor Management
• Supporting the CCO to:
• Manage and grow relationships with international distributors
• Identify and onboard new partners
• Set sales targets and KPIsSupport distributors with training and go-to-market strategies
• Monitor performance and ensure brand alignment
• Customer & Partner Relationship Management
• Build strong relationships with buyers and distributors
• Act as day-to-day point of contact
• Commercial Execution
• Support CCO with:
• Price and terms negotiations
• Promotional plans
• Analysis of sales and performance data
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance
• Ensure forecasting accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business (preferred)3+ years' of Sales experience in an FMCG brand or international distributor management (preferred)
