About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused Receptionist to join a growing business and gain exposure to a busy corporate environment. Working as part of a supportive team, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for visitors, assisting with the day-to-day running of the office and providing administrative support where required.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Welcoming visitors and managing the reception area.

Answering and directing incoming calls and enquiries.

Coordinating meeting rooms and assisting with meeting set-up.

Providing administrative support to the wider team.

Assisting with expenses and other office administration.

Supporting internal and client events when required.

Helping to ensure the office remains organised and running smoothly.

Candidate Specification:

Previous reception, customer service, hospitality or guest services experience.A professional and approachable manner.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.A proactive and positive attitude.

Enjoys working as part of a team.

Keen to learn and develop within a growing business.

Additional Information

Temp-to-perm opportunity with an ASAP start.

Salary up to £45k plus benefits upon successful completion of the temporary period.

Fully office-based role.

Shifts are 8 hours between 7:45am and 5:30pm (set hours, depending on team requirements).
