Corporate Loan & Mortgage Specialist

We are seeking a Corporate Loan & Mortgage Specialist who will be responsible for sourcing and securing suitable loan and mortgage financing for the company. The role involves identifying financing opportunities, liaising with banks and financial institutions, negotiating financing terms, and managing the end-to-end application process to ensure timely approvals.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Source and identify suitable loan and mortgage financing options for the company.

•⁠ ⁠Establish and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and lenders.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and submit loan and mortgage applications with the required documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders throughout the approval process.

•⁠ ⁠Negotiate financing terms and conditions in the company’s best interest.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor financing applications and ensure timely processing and disbursement.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of financing arrangements and documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with all banking requirements and company policies.

•⁠ ⁠Provide regular updates and reports to management on financing activities and opportunities.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate banking, business financing, or mortgage financing.

•⁠ ⁠Strong network with banks and financial institutions.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

•⁠ ⁠Sound knowledge of corporate lending, mortgage financing, and banking procedures.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and deliver results within deadlines.
