Storekeeper

Job Purpose

Maintaining an automated supply inventory database; updating database of materials, supplies, and equipment; generating related reports to verify inventory levels, and determining re-order activity and usage rates.

EducationBachelor s degree or equivalent but not limited to.

ExperienceTypically, 3+ years of industry experience in the medical device/pharmaceutical area but not limited to.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform operational duties in ordering, receiving, storing, inventory, shipping and record keeping.
• Storage space utilization
• Applying the inventory count policy and result accuracy
• Storing goods according to the standard and Supplier storage regulations
• Proper timely receiving and follow up of system entry
• Determine stock items and stock levels
• Prepare and expedite orders
• Handle freight claims, quantity shortages, breakage, duplicate shipments, and back orders
• Following up on the expiry dates of products
