Qualifications

• Candidates must possess a minimum of a High School diploma, with a university degree in aviation management or hospitality strongly preferred.
• You must have proven, extensive experience in managing passenger flow, biometric systems, or premium guest services within a high-volume international airport or luxury hospitality environment.
• Absolute fluency in English is mandatory;
• Arabic proficiency is a major advantage.
• Professional & Security Criteria: The role demands exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to make rapid de-escalation decisions during peak flight banks.
• You must have a completely clean record to pass rigorous UAE federal background security checks for airport clearance and be medically fit to work demanding, rotating 24/7 shift patterns.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise frontline terminal staff, oversee biometric transit logistics during massive Etihad connectivity waves, ensure strict adherence to GCAA safety and security protocols, and coordinate with ground handling teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
