Role Description

The Brand Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in London, focused on promoting The Fatherhood Project cic and engaging with community members, partners, and stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include representing the organization at events and outreach activities, speaking with families and professionals about its mission and services, and supporting campaigns that increase brand awareness.

The role involves answering inquiries, providing friendly and informed customer service, and maintaining consistent messaging across in-person interactions and basic marketing materials. The Brand Representative will also collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for partnerships, gather feedback from the community, and help ensure that the organization’s values are reflected in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to work on-site in London, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
• Organizational skills and reliability in following through on commitments and event schedules.
• Previous experience in outreach, community engagement, or non-profit settings is beneficial.
