Direct message the job poster from Charles Jeffrey LOVERBOY Charles Jeffrey LOVERBOY is looking for a diligent and enthusiastic Ecommerce Trade Manager to help us drive digital transformation. We are looking for someone who is commercially minded with a proven ability to deliver profit and growth.
You will be responsible for the management and trade of the site, achieving their respective sales targets and key KPI’s through contributing to the strategy and launch of on-site initiatives. Key responsibilities also include regular e-commerce reporting, developing relevant promotional campaigns and working with the product and merchandising team on the OTB forecasting of product allocations for new seasons.
This role provides a fantastic opportunity to grow, learn and progress with daily operational, executional and reporting responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Trading Delivering on the yearly sales target and KPIs, as aligned at the start of the year and regularly monitoring and revising against budget.
- Responsible for the weekly trade and content calendar, ensuring that it aligns with all product launches and promotion plans, maintaining an agile approach to ensure targets are met.
- Provide regular sales reports to leadership.
- Oversee through external provider: order fulfilment, inventory, customer care and third-party e-commerce platforms.
- Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Monitor product performance, on-site trends, and key metrics (e.g., bounce rate, cart abandonment) to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Marketing Coordinate product launches and campaigns in collaboration with Marketing Manager.
- Oversee digital marketing agencies (SEO, PPC, email, social) and customer acquisition strategies Collaborate with marketing, product, commercial, and CRM teams to align brand, trade, and communication plans.
- Liaising with the wider marketing team, the candidate will plan ecommerce shooting Establish OTB demand plans aligned with growth targets and buying calendar Responsible for the e-commerce buying Monitor stock levels for carryover and seasonal pieces according to the buying/merchandising strategy (CO always on or scarcity, etc) Collaborate with sales and product team to influence seasonal range plans as well as online only assortment for e-commerce;base input on performance and historical data.
- UX, Site Maintenance Manage website design agency, functionality, and UX/UI to maximise conversions and ensure a seamless online experience across devices.
- Optimise product presentation and visuals.
- Manage technical issues and third-party relationships.
- Recommend site features to drive sales and maximise conversion rates.
- Use customer feedback to inform website improvements.

Requirements
- 3-5+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably in fashion/retail.
- Experience in commercial planning, merchandising/buying, and delivering against sales targets.
- Experience in trade calendar definition and digital trade.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), Google Analytics, Looker dashboards and CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo). Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and conversion rate optimisation.
- Experience with OTB forecasting and CRM/performance marketing strategies is a plus.
- Luxury streetwear/culture-led background is ideal.
