Role Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Officer who specializes in credit cards. This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai. As a Senior Sales Officer, you will be responsible for:

• meeting sales targets and achieving business goals.
• You will develop and maintain relationships with customers,
• promote credit cards, and provide superior customer service.
• You will also work closely with other departments and teams to ensure seamless operations and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit cards sales in the UAE market
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Fluency in English, both oral and written
• Knowledge of other languages, such as Arabic or Hindi, is a plus but not required
