LSE is committed to building a diverse, equitable and truly inclusive university Data and Technology Services Agile Delivery Lead Salary from £53,949 to £62,160 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £69,073 pa inclusive of London allowance The London School of Economics is a cosmopolitan university situated in the vibrant centre of London that specialises in the study of social sciences.LSE’s Data and Technology Services division provides services to over 10,000 staff and student users.
The Agile Delivery Lead will be part of the Project Delivery team which is responsible for the design and implementation of high-quality solutions to the LSE.They will work within a Product team and will be responsible for the facilitation of smooth product delivery using agile principles and methodologies.
They will use their agile, lean and coaching experience to help the team continuously improve, developing and using metrics to drive the team towards their goals and understand areas for improvement.
They will keep the team on track, removing impediments in the team’s way ensuring that the products meet the required outcomes, standards and requirements.
Candidates Should Have Previous experience in an agile delivery role (e.g. Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager, Agile Project Manager, Product Owner) Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies Experience working in low-maturity Agile environments and improving maturity over time Strong technical background, ideally in systems integration or related areas We offer an occupational pension scheme, generous annual leave, hybrid working, and excellent training and development opportunities.
