Salary: £39,375 + KPI Bonus

Key Responsibilities

Support the Registered Manager with daily operations

Lead, motivate, and develop the staff team

Ensure high standards of safeguarding, care, and compliance

Drive positive outcomes for young people

Build effective relationships with families and professionals

Oversee care plans, audits, and quality assurance processes

Support rota planning and staff coordination

Requirements

Experience working in a children’s residential home

Confident in leading or supervising staff

Strong understanding of safeguarding and children’s home regulations

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Level 3 Children & Young People qualification (Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards)
