BasePoint runs face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns for major UK household brands - including EE, BT, and British Gas.

We're looking for graduates who are ready to lead, not wait in line. If you want real management exposure, a team to develop, and earnings that reflect your output - from within your first year - this is a different kind of opportunity.

The ProgrammeThis isn't a rotation scheme or a shadowing role. From day one, you'll be working in the field, learning how our campaigns operate, and building toward a team leadership position.

The trajectory looks like this:

• Months 1–3: Field training — learning the business from the ground up, developing customer engagement and campaign skills
• Months 3–6: Performance recognition — top performers begin supporting and mentoring newer team members
• Months 6–12: Leadership track — coordinating campaigns, managing individuals, and taking ownership of team results
• Pace depends on you.

• What You'll Be Working OnRepresenting major UK brands in face-to-face customer environments
• Delivering and optimising field marketing campaigns
• Building communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a live setting
• Tracking performance and contributing to team targets
• This is hands-on, people-focused work.
• You'll be in the field, not at a desk.

Training & DevelopmentStructured onboarding covers everything you need to perform and progress - customer engagement, brand representation, campaign delivery, and leadership development. Coaching is ongoing and built into how we operate day to day.
