Position Overview

The Creative Content Specialist will be responsible for producing high-quality photography, videography, video editing, and graphic design for Wellxa's marketing campaigns, social media platforms, digital advertising, website, and promotional materials.

The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling, has a strong eye for detail, and is capable of delivering premium creative content that aligns with a luxury healthcare brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture professional photography and videography for marketing campaigns, healthcare services, physicians, events, and lifestyle content.
• Produce and edit promotional videos, reels, interviews, advertisements, and social media content.
• Design high-quality graphics for social media, digital marketing, presentations, brochures, banners, and print materials.
• Execute approved marketing campaigns and creative concepts.
• Develop engaging visual content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Ensure all creative work follows Wellxa's brand guidelines and maintains a premium visual identity.
• Manage photography, videography, editing, and graphic design projects from concept to final delivery.
• Organize and maintain the company's digital media library and creative assets.

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in photography, videography, video editing, and graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing commercial or brand-related work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Canva.
• Experience operating professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Excellent photo retouching and video editing skills.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, composition, color, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
• Experience creating short-form social media content and digital campaigns.

Motion graphics and animation skills are an advantage.

Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway, Midjourney, or ChatGPT is a plus.
