​Job Summary

Blue Coral Concepts is seeking a passionate Reservations & Reception Manager to lead front-of-house guest journeys, optimize table flow, and manage booking operations across our upcoming restaurant brands.

​Primary Accountabilities

​Manage daily reservations and front-of-house guest flow.

​Lead, coach, and develop the reservations and reception team.

​Optimize table allocation and reservation systems for maximum efficiency.

​Maintain guest databases and ensure accurate booking management.

​Enhance guest satisfaction through personalized service and communication.

​Coordinate closely with restaurant management to ensure smooth operations.

​Skills & Experience Required

​Proven experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurants or international hospitality brands.

​Diploma, Degree, or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.

​Experience with reservation platforms and guest database management systems.

​Strong leadership, team development, and multitasking abilities.

​Solid understanding of restaurant table management and operational flow.
