You will welcome and seat guests, introduce them to our culinary story, and ensure every moment at their table is seamless, personal, and memorable. Supported by a dedicated waiter assistant, you retain full responsibility for the guest experience – orchestrating service flow with precision, while infusing every interaction with warmth and authenticity.

Your day to day

Lead the floor – oversee the dining room during service, ensuring every guest feels valued and every detail is flawless.

Curate the experience – share our service rituals and stories, tailoring the journey to each guest.

Support the team – coach and guide front-of-house staff in real time, ensuring grooming, professionalism, and impeccable conduct.

Keep us ready – manage mise-en-place, cleanliness, and operational readiness before and during service.

Collaborate seamlessly – coordinate with kitchen and bar to maintain perfect timing and deliver special requests effortlessly.

Elevate the offer – encourage upselling of food, beverages, and signature experiences in an elegant, guest-focused way.

Safeguard standards – ensure service, presentation, and safety protocols meet our luxury standards at all times.

Who you are

• Warm, charismatic, and genuinely passionate about connecting with people.A natural leader with at least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within luxury or upscale dining.
• Skilled in service rituals, guest engagement, and storytelling.
• Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
