SALES ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities & Tasks (Duties include but are not limited to) Prepare daily sales and collection reports for the Sales Manager. Support in preparing quotations, reports, letters, and sales documents. Communicate Sales Manager instructions to the sales team. Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence. Maintain and file all sales-related documents and records.

Coordinate with Customer Service, Accounts, and Logistics for order processing and delivery. Follow up on approvals, special orders, and customer requests. Distribute price lists and update sales information to the team. Assist in preparing forecasts, business plans, and sales reports. Support in resolving customer complaints and coordinating with QC when needed.
