Kitchen Manager

Morena is an all-day dining restaurant inspired by the flavours of Latin-America. The menu operates across brunch, dinner, and weekend brunch, with an exciting & innovative selection of dishes.

As Chef Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality, and innovative dishes and specials. You will manage the overall kitchen operation, including prep schedules, stock control, budgeting, and maintenance, as well as the day-to-day management of theKey Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage the kitchen team. Assign daily tasks and ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff. Maintain food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards. Monitor stock levels, ordering, and food cost control. Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations. Work closely with management to develop menus and improve kitchen performance.

Scheduling and reviewing staff rotasRequirements Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef in a busy kitchen environment. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
