Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as gatekeepers for an office. Allow access to other employees, answer phones, transfer calls, schedule appointments, answer questions, give directions and manage the flow of traffic in the office, greets anyone who enters the office.
• Purchased and maintained office supplies & inventories always
• Deal with client inquiries (over the phone and through email).
• Documents and communicating relevant information.
• Scheduled meetings and take detailed minutes.
• Handled request & queries from seniors.
• overseeing maintenance activities, stocking inventory, and providing administrative support to maintenance supervisors and technicians. Additionally, need to be manage to electricians to accomplish maintenance tasks.
• Billing arrangements made with prior consent , client lists & supplier lists.
• Coordinates and communicates with vendors to complete necessary maintenance repairs
• Maintains records for retail stores regarding inspection schedules and results, equipment warranties, etc.

Terms & Conditions

• Duty Time: 10 hours per day
• Weekly Off: Sunday
• Contract Period : 2 Years
• Required Experience : Minimum 2 Years
