Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the overall operations of a new Apartment Hotel in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will oversee all hotel departments, drive operational excellence, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, and lead the pre-opening and day-to-day management of the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations of the apartment hotel.
• Recruit, lead, and develop department heads and hotel staff.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and operational standards.
• Manage budgets, revenue, and cost control.
• Develop and implement hotel policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Monitor hotel performance, occupancy, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with UAE hospitality regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate with owners and provide regular operational reports.
• Build a positive team culture and maintain high employee performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hotel or serviced apartment management experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a General Manager or senior leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in hotel operations, budgeting, and team management.
• Knowledge of hotel PMS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
• Pre-opening hotel experience will be an added advantage.
