Carpenter/Painter/Electrician/

Perform painting, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing maintenance and repair works as assigned.

Carry out installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building systems and fixtures.

Conduct routine inspections to identify defects and maintenance requirements.

Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.

Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and technical specifications.

Ensure all work is completed according to quality, safety, and company standards.

Maintain cleanliness of work areas and properly store tools and materials.

Report maintenance issues, material requirements, and completed work to supervisors.

Respond to emergency maintenance requests when required.

Follow company health, safety, and environmental policies at all times. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in maintenance, construction, or technical trades.

Basic knowledge of painting, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing works.

Ability to use common hand tools and power tools safely.

Physically fit and capable of performing manual work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Willingness to learn and perform multiple maintenance tasks.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks within deadlines.
