We’re Hiring: Document Control & Project Support Coordinator (Contract)📍 UAE | 🕒 3–6 Months | QHSE & GRC | NexOpsWe are seeking a highly organised Document Control & Project Support Coordinator to join our team on a temporary contract and support critical documentation, governance, and project coordination activities.

This is a fast-paced role supporting QHSE, GRC, Business Continuity, and risk workstreams, ensuring documentation is controlled, traceable, audit-ready, and aligned across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain document registers, trackers, and metadata accuracy
• Support DMS UAT activities, issue tracking, and close-out readiness
• Manage document formatting, version control, and review cycles
• Track actions, decisions, issues, and evidence logs
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder follow-ups
• Support local site document storage alignment and clean-up
• Ensure documents are audit-ready with clear traceability and approvals
• Produce weekly status updates, reports, and close-out packs
• What We’re Looking For
• Experience in document control, project coordination, or governance support roles
• Strong understanding of document control principles (metadata, versioning, workflows)
• Hands-on experience with document registers, trackers, and evidence logs
• Exposure to DMS / SharePoint or document management systems
• Excellent organisational, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills with high attention to detail
• Nice to Have
• Experience in QHSE, GRC, risk, compliance, or Business Continuity environments
• Familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 27001, 22301, etc.)
• Experience working in data centres, engineering, utilities, or critical infrastructure
• Prior experience with DMS UAT, document clean-up, or audit preparation
