Assistant To chairman

we are seeking a highly organized and proactive employee to support the Chairman in overseeing day-to-day operations, Projects coordinating across senior management, and acting as a central . The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, operational insight, and the ability to manage high-level coordination with discretion and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted point of contact between the Chairman and internal stakeholders, including senior executives, department heads, and project teams.
• Ensure the seamless flow of information and alignment of strategic objectives across the organization
• 2. Conduct research, gather data, and provide analysis to support the Chairman,3, Schedualing all the chairman's meeting and mange the chairman's calender.
• Take the minutes of meeting and follow up with stakeholders.
• 5. Prepare presentations, executive summaries, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a senior executive assistant or coordination role, preferably in a project-based.
• Strong operational understanding and project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English . High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
