Intern - Talent Acquisition

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team for an 8-week internship. This is an excellent opportunity for a final-year student interested in building a career in Human Resources, specifically in recruitment and talent acquisition.

The intern will support the recruitment team with interview coordination and initial candidate screening while gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring processes.

Your role

Assist in scheduling interviews across multiple stakeholders and managing calendars.

Coordinate with candidates to ensure a smooth interview experience.

Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability (skills, motivation, availability).

Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Support the recruitment team in job posting and sourcing activities.

Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment.

Requirements

About you

Final-year student (Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field).

Strong interest in Talent Acquisition / HR.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Preferred Skills

Previous internship or exposure to HR/recruitment is a plus.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong stakeholder coordination skills.
