Business Development Associate (Manpower Industry Experience Required)

The Perfect Choice is a manpower solutions company in the UAE, successfully supplying skilled professionals from the Philippines, Nepal, India, and Myanmar. We are now looking to aggressively expand our client base and grow our footprint in the UAE market.

Who we're looking for

This role is exclusively for candidates with proven UAE manpower industry experience. Applications from candidates without manpower industry experience will not be considered.

We are seeking an experienced manpower sales professional with an existing understanding of the UAE manpower outsourcing market. You must have a proven track record of winning new business for manpower supply or recruitment services within the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and secure new clients across industries requiring manpower solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
• Drive business growth through proactive outreach, pitches, and negotiations.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activity.
• Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and provide regular reports to management.
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Work closely with the admin and PRO team to manage client onboarding requirements and ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (mandatory)
• Minimum 2-3 years of UAE manpower/recruitment sales experience (mandatory)
• Proven experience acquiring clients for manpower supply, staffing, outsourcing or workforce solutions.
• Existing network of decision-makers within the UAE businesses is highly advantageous
