Our mission is to help talent teams identify, engage, and hire the best candidates faster through intelligent automation and data-driven insights. As we scale, we’re looking for driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to fuel our growth pipeline.

• Missions
• Identify and prospect potential customers (HR teams, recruiters, talent leaders) Run outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives Research accounts and personalize outreach to drive engagement Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and campaigns Maintain accurate records in CRM tools Track performance metrics and continuously optimize outreach strategies Learn and articulate the value of our AI sourcing platform
