Key Job Responsibilities

• Assist in marketing and promotional activities to enhance event attendance.
• Provide on-site coordination during events, addressing issues and ensuring smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to each event.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance event planning strategies.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams involved in events.
• Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.
• Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
• Additional Skill set below is a plus:
• Basic knowledge of photography and videography
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Other related design software would be advantage
• Adobe Photoshop
