Ras Al Khaimah International Airport (RKT) is seeking highly resilient and organized professionals for the role of Airside Ramp Coordinator. As our operations expand with increased low-cost carrier and heavy freight traffic, you will be stationed on the active apron, ensuring the safe, efficient, and punctual turnaround of aircraft in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess a minimum of a High School diploma, with a strong preference for individuals holding specialized diplomas in aviation logistics or ground operations.
• You must have prior, proven experience in ramp handling, GSE operations, or dispatch at a commercial airport.
• Absolute fluency in English is mandatory to communicate effectively with multinational flight crews and air traffic control.
• Physical & Security Criteria: The role demands exceptional physical fitness and stamina to execute manual tasks and oversee operations in extreme outdoor weather conditions.
• You must have a completely clean record to pass rigorous federal background checks required to obtain a UAE airside security pass.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise aircraft turnaround logistics from chocks-on to chocks-off, coordinate the safe movement of cargo loaders and fueling vehicles, enforce strict GCAA safety protocols on the tarmac, and rapidly resolve operational bottlenecks to prevent costly flight delays.
