Role Overview

The Boutique Manager is responsible for the overall success, performance, and development of a luxury retail boutique, combining strong operational discipline with a client‑centric, growth‑oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Boutique Performance & Business Growth
• Drive boutique sales performance in line with commercial objectives and brand strategy.
• Translate targets into clear action plans at team and individual levels.
• Identify growth opportunities through client engagement, product insights, and local market understanding.
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular business updates and reports.
• 2. Client Experience & Relationship Building
• Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury experience aligned with brand and service standards.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with local and high‑value clients.
• Oversee client data management and ensure effective use of CRM tools.
• Coach the team on storytelling, product knowledge, and consultative selling.
• 3. Team Leadership & Talent Development
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing boutique team.
• Set clear expectations, conduct regular coaching, and provide structured performance feedback.
• Identify training needs and support continuous capability development.
• Foster a professional, customer‑focused, and collaborative team culture.
• 4. Boutique Operations & Standards
• Oversee all daily boutique operations, ensuring smooth workflows and operational integrity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and retail procedures.
• Maintain impeccable boutique presentation in line with visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Safeguard inventory accuracy, security, and stock integrity.
• 5. Administration & Reporting
• Prepare schedules, attendance records, and operational documentation.
• Monitor sales transactions, inventory records, and boutique expenses.
• Consolidate and submit sales and operational reports accurately and on time.
• Support stock takes, reconciliations, and internal checks.
• Profile:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury or premium retail, with hands‑on boutique exposure.
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Experience working with high‑value or repeat clientele is an advantage.

Commercially minded with strong operational discipline.
