AC Supervisor

Oversee and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan and optimize operational efficiency.

Lead a team of technicians, providing training and support to enhance their technical skills and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics on HVAC systems, identifying issues and recommending effective solutions. A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in HVAC supervision or a similar role, demonstrating a deep understanding of systems and processes.

Diploma / BachelorsProven experience in managing teams, showcasing strong leadership abilities and the capability to motivate and develop staff.

Experience in contracting companies
