RoleThe Full Stack Developer will contribute to full-stack design and development across the platform.
Design, develop, and maintain both front-end user interfaces and back-end services, APIs, and databases.
Monitor platform performance and operational metrics, identifying, investigating, and resolving issues as they arise.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand opportunities to improve user and seller experiences and translate those requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Document existing functionality and newly delivered features.
Support the migration of existing products and users onto a unified platform experience.
Work within an agile team to propose technical solutions, maintain high standards of code quality, and contribute to large-scale migration initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement features required to support evolving business needs.
ProfileThe Full Stack Developer will have 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on backend development.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of database design, data modelling, and optimisation, particularly using SQL.Hands-on experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
Experience monitoring production systems, triaging issues, and distinguishing between critical incidents and false positives.
Ability to work effectively within agile, cross-functional teams.
