About the Role

• You will work alongside our dynamic London team to interpret law firm briefs regarding senior positions that they are looking to fill, and use your expertise to help us identify, map, approach, screen and secure appropriate legal talent for those positions
• Digital prospecting for legal talent
• Help nurture and develop our talent pipelines to provide the best candidates for our exacting clients
• Develop an in-depth understanding of how to market more effectively to our target candidates
• Research/map candidate markets for specialist areas
• Immerse yourself in sector trends and intelligence
• Develop and run e-marketing campaigns for clients and candidates
• Interview scheduling
• Handle candidate enquiries
• Monitor key relevant online information hubs.
• Your Profile
• Must have completed a Degree/National
• Previous sales experience
• Legal knowledge an advantage but not essential
• Hardworking
• High degree of common sense
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Accurate, fast and diligence
• Excellent written English
