Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking Warehouse Supervisor to join our UAE warehouse. The position will be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintain and organize inventory and storage areas, ensuring the accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions.
• Ability to supervise loading and unloading of vehicles and cargo inside containers.
• Must be capable of managing labor and instructing them in accordance with company policy.
• Analyze and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and the performance of employees.
• Provide customer service by answering questions or resolving issues.
• Manage the warehouse's day-to-day operations and establish staffing levels and assign workloads.
• Planning of warehouse operations within clear guidelines and supporting management with resource planning.
• Maintain a record of all items in the warehouse, document necessary information, and utilize reports to monitor the status of the warehouse.

Requirements and skills

• A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in warehouse operations is required.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Excel and email communication.
• Ability to build relationships with customers, management, and operations through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A good understanding of English and Hindi is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
