The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Officer to join our growing IT team based in Dubai.

Reporting to the IT Systems Lead, you'll provide first-level IT support across our UAE operations, including Dubai and Saudi Arabia, while also supporting our Australian offices. You'll play an important role in ensuring our people have reliable access to the technology, systems, and tools they need to perform at their best.

This is an exciting opportunity for an IT professional with at least 2 years' experience who enjoys solving technical challenges, working with modern Microsoft technologies, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support across Microsoft 365 and a range of business-critical SaaS applications.
• Log, prioritise and manage incidents and service requests using Jira, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows desktop, hardware, software and user access issues.
• Manage the user lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning, permissions and device deployment.
• Support the administration of Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and Intune.
• Maintain clear communication with employees and stakeholders regarding support requests and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, user guides and operational support procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve support processes, documentation and the overall user experience.
• Collaborate with the wider IT team to deliver consistent, high-quality support across multiple business locations.

About You

You're a proactive and service-oriented IT professional who enjoys helping people and solving problems. You thrive in a dynamic environment, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users, and are always looking for ways to improve systems and processes.

You'll BringMinimum 2 years' experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Desktop Support role.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Experience supporting Windows operating systems and end-user devices.

Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and Intune.

Understanding of networking fundamentals and IT security best practices.

Experience using ticketing systems such as Jira.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.A proactive mindset with excellent organisational and time management skills.A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for onsite support.

Working HoursFull-time, office-based role.

Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm.

Participation in an on-call support roster for Saudi Arabia on weekends.
