Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Marketing team to plan and execute content calendars
• Spot social trends and develop content ideas with viral potential
• Assist in conducting trend research and creating engaging social media content aligned with the brand’s messaging across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, and the website
• Head community management on TikTok, including responding to comments and DMsWork closely with the Marketing team to develop creative briefs, copywriting (for social media posts, ads, and emails), and the monthly content calendar.
• Generate leads for partnerships and collaboration opportunities (i.e., KOLs, UGC creators, and brands).
• Leverage AI tools to ideate content concepts, draft copy, and enhance creative workflows⁠Support other ad-hoc marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, but not mandatory⁠⁠Experienced with at least two social media platforms (Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Facebook)
• Skilled in photo and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut or similar)
• Comfortable and confident being in front of the camera for content creation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, Strong command of English.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus to support content on Xiao Hong Shu⁠A natural passion and enthusiasm for fashion and social media
• Relevant internship or freelance experience in marketing, content creation, or social media is a plus
• Able to commit to full-time work for at least 6 months is a plus
