About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to work directly with the business owner and play a key role in managing and improving day-to-day operations across multiple ventures.

This is a high-trust role for someone who can take ownership, think independently, and ensure smooth execution without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• (including but not limited to):
• Manage and oversee daily operations across locations
• Act as a central point of coordination between staff, vendors, and management
• Take ownership of tasks, follow through, and ensure completion
• Identify operational gaps and proactively resolve issues
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and basic HR processes
• Handle scheduling, reporting, and task prioritization
• Visit locations as required to ensure standards and efficiency

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Proven ability to handle responsibility independently
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Basic computer proficiency
• Multilingual ability is a strong advantage
• Prior experience in operations/admin roles preferred
