Deluxe Holiday Homes is Dubai’s leading vacation rental management firm, boasting a comprehensive suite of services that spans across vacation rentals, property management, real estate brokerage, and more. With a commitment to innovation, professionalism, and excellence, we manage over 800+ properties and employ a dedicated team of over 300+ professionals.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced English and Arabic speaker UAE National as a Front Desk Receptionist cum Admin with a valid UAE Driving License to join our newly established Fujairah branch (located in Sharm neighborhood, Fujairah).

Note: Our office is situated in the Sharm area of Fujairah. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to commute to and from the office using their own personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Process reservations over the phone, via email, or in-person.
• Ensure that all reservations have accurate and detailed information.
• Provide accurate information about our properties, amenities, and local attractions.
• Assist with general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, office supplies procurement, etc.
• Prepare daily schedule and coordinate with Housekeeping and maintenance teams for daily operations.
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Other additional admin task assigned by the supervisor.

Job requirements

Requirements

• UAE National with Family Book required.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken;
• Must possess a valid UAE driving license;
• Owning a personal vehicle is mandatory;
• Possesses excellent communication skills;
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
