Looking for Female candidates with Minimum 3- 5 years of UAE experience. Exceptional knowledge and experience working with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications. Have excellent command of written and spoken English. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work

Excellent Communication Skills – Written and Verbal (fluent in English)

• Assisting consultants with documentation
• Client support over the phone
• Handle enquiries and provide information
• Able to draft letters and correspondence and filing of documents
• Data entry and documentation
• Preparing tenders and proposals
• Excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office , oracle fusion, sap, Ariba
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience

• customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
