A varied operational role supporting the founder across business activities rather than laboratory research. Ideal for someone with a scientific background looking to move into operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate laboratory operations, including ordering equipment and suppliers.
• Support health & safety, payroll, HR and day-to-day business administration.
• Research and write funding and grant applications while supporting wider business activities.
• Required Skills & Experience
• A scientific background with an interest in business operations.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written communication skills; grant or funding application experience is advantageous.
