Logistics Officer

Role Purpose

To support logistics operations for Innovo MEP, processing delivery documentation and coordinating transportation of materials and equipment to project sites. Key Accountabilities Process delivery notes, transportation requests, and shipment tracking records. Coordinate with drivers and transport providers for site deliveries. Maintain logistics records, delivery logs, and customs documentation files.

Ensure delivery and customs paperwork is filed accurately and accessible for audit. Report delivery delays or discrepancies to the Logistics Coordinator. Follow up with transport providers to resolve documentation or delivery discrepancies. Confirm delivery schedules with site teams and store keepers ahead of shipment arrival.

Support unloading and handover of materials at site, verifying quantities against delivery notes. Vehicle & Equipment Tracking  Track transport vehicle assignments and utilisation to support efficient delivery planning. Maintain records of vehicle maintenance schedules and availability for logistics planning.
