Storekeeper & Purchasing Officer (Arabic)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Keeper & Purchasing Officer to join our restaurant operations team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in inventory management, procurement, supplier coordination, and stock control within the UAE hospitality or food & beverage industry.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Store Keeper, Inventory Controller, Purchasing Officer, or in a similar role within the restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage sector.
• Fluency in both Arabic is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and purchasing procedures.
• Proven experience in procuring food, beverages, packaging materials, and operational supplies.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience conducting stock counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation of stock discrepancies.
• Strong supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, price negotiation, and purchase order management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, storage procedures, and inventory best practices.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Must currently reside in the UAE and be legally eligible to work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience working with restaurant POS, inventory management, or ERP systems.
• Existing knowledge of UAE food and hospitality suppliers is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the receiving, storage, and issuance of food, beverage, packaging, and operational supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement reports.
• Conduct regular stock counts, inventory audits, and stock reconciliations.
• Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier documentation.
• Source suppliers, obtain competitive quotations, and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages, overstocking, and wastage.
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders, invoices, and receiving records.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, operations, and management teams to ensure timely procurement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and proper storage procedures.
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory, procurement, and cost-control reports.

Only candidates with a minimum of 3 years of relevant UAE experience and fluency in both Arabic and English will be considered.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
