Business Development Coordinator

The Role

You will be the engine room of our Business Development team, helping us generate and qualify new business from developers, investors and prospective partners. You will own the research, lead qualification, CRM and coordination that keep our pipeline sharp, while working closely with the BD Director and BD Manager.

This is an ideal role for someone with early business development experience who wants ownership, exposure to senior stakeholders and a clear path towards a front-line BD career.

What You’ll DoLead QualificationQualify all inbound leads against our criteria and route them to the right BD owner.

Log every lead in Salesforce and ensure none slip through the cracks.CRM and Data ManagementKeep Salesforce fully updated after every meeting, call and email.

Maintain clean contact records, flag data gaps and run a weekly CRM hygiene check.

Contact and Market ResearchResearch developer, corporate and partner contacts.

Build and maintain our UAE developer database.

Track new launches and wider market activity.

Meeting and BD SupportPrepare meeting briefs, confirmations, follow-up summaries and action trackers.

Manage the BD calendar and draft outreach emails.

What You’ll Bring1 to 3 years in business development, lead qualification or a similar BD-facing role.

Excellent English (Tagalog is a strong plus).

Strong organization, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Confident with Microsoft Office and research tools; Salesforce experience preferred.

Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new systems.

Based in Dubai and available to work on-site.

Nice to HaveExperience as a Business Development Executive from a construction, architectural or engineering background.

Real estate or property sector exposure.
