• Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Delivery Lead to support a global, multi-year cloud migration programme within Regulatory Finance Technology.
• The role sits within a large-scale transformation of regulatory reporting platforms spanning multiple regions and business lines.

The Role

This role will lead the delivery of complex technology and transformation initiatives within a global regulatory cloud migration programme. You will provide end-to-end project and programme management, alongside PMO leadership, ensuring delivery aligns with enterprise governance, SDLC and regulatory control standards.

You will work across global teams in Technology, Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting and external vendors, helping drive successful migration of strategic platforms across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities include

• Leading delivery of a multi-year cloud migration programme for regulatory reporting platforms
• Ensuring adherence to SDLC, cloud governance and regulatory control frameworks
• Coordinating delivery across US, EMEA, APAC, Canada and LATAM regions
• Working closely with internal technology teams and external vendors (including AXIOM and cloud infrastructure providers)
• Partnering with Finance, Risk and Regulatory Reporting stakeholders globally
• Providing programme management and PMO leadership across multiple workstreams
• Maintaining and tracking programme roadmaps, migration strategy and delivery plans
• Managing governance reporting, status updates and stakeholder communications
• Running project working groups and governance forums to track delivery progress
• Supporting definition of business, operational and technical requirements with SMEs and delivery teams

About You

You will bring strong experience delivering large-scale cloud migration and regulatory reporting programmes within complex financial services environments.

You will have

• Strong programme governance and delivery experience
• Experience delivering cloud migration programmes in large financial institutions
• Background in regulatory reporting implementations (ideally Tier 1 bank environment)
• Understanding of financial products including Debt, Equity and Commodities
• Experience with Scaled Agile and hybrid delivery models
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams
• Proven ability to manage RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies)
• Experience working in large, matrixed, global organisations across multiple time zones
• Strong ownership, analytical thinking and attention to detail
