• Proven ability to write clear, concise technical training materials and user documentation
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and collaborative approach
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to both business and IT users
• Strong organizational and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Break down complex tasks into manageable work items for multiple ongoing projects
• Prioritize and track the progress of deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality completion
• Ensure that work items and deliverables meet deadlines and are delivered with excellent documentation
• Develop and maintain CADD guidelines and workflows to support the organization’s use of CADD systems like Bentley
• Document program and project deliverables as assigned
• Collaborate with clients to ensure alignment of business processes
• Create and deliver training materials to support team needs
• Provide ongoing maintenance and quality control for project registers and task deliverables

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience managing IT-related projects
• Proven ability to write clear, concise technical training materials and user documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
