Remuneration: £53,000-£60,000

Responsibilities

• Technical Project Manager dealing with permanent modular buildings in the healthcare sector across the United Kingdom.
• Conducting site surveys of potential installation sites and understanding unique site requirements.
• Liaising with authorities in terms of the connection and accessibility of services.
• Creating plans regarding delivery and installation of modular healthcare buildings.
• Ensuring that projects are completed to the highest levels, to standards and client specifications.
• Working on 10-15 projects a year.
• Working on projects from £0.5-£10 million.

Qualifications

• Must have experience within the modular building sector.
• Ideally have had project management experience working within modular buildings and/or delivery and installation.
• Drivers Licence.
• Strong communication skills across all levels both written and verbal.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills.
• Familiar with working in a fast paced environment dealing with multiple projects at any one time.
