Project/Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Project/Program Manager III in Chicago, IL.

Summary

We are seeking a Program Manager to drive cross-functional coordination across events, field enablement, analyst relations, and partner engagement, ensuring execution of strategic programs that span multiple teams and stakeholders.

In this role, you will own end-to-end program scheduling, content quality, and stakeholder alignment across marketing, sales, and product organizations to deliver high-impact customer-facing experiences.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a proven track record of managing complex, multi-workstream programs that require strong communication, organizational rigor, and the ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• AI League program coordination (events, account teams, sales organization) Sales organization & partner enablement (webinar series, customer stories, demos, office hours) Analyst relations coordination (briefing materials for Gartner, etc.) Event session coordination (content quality, technical depth, message consistency)

Requirements

• Program management experience managing across teams, managing timelines, managing escalations, and ensuring all work products completed on time Stakeholder management, event coordination experience is preferred
• The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
• We may ultimately pay more or less than this range.
• Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
• This range may be modified in the future.

• Salaried personnel receive paid time off.
• Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
