Why Children’s Health?
At Children's Health, our mission is to Make Life Better for Children, and we recognize that their health plays a crucial role in achieving this goal.
Through our cutting-edge treatments and affiliation with UT Southwestern, we strive to deliver an extraordinary patient and family experience, ensuring that every moment, big or small, contributes to their overall well-being.
Our dedication to promoting children's health extends beyond our organization and encompasses the broader community. Together, we can make a significant difference in the lives of children and contribute to a brighter and healthier future for all.
Children's Health is building its new Dallas pediatric campus — one of the most significant capital investments in our history and a landmark moment for pediatric care in North Texas. The NPC Planning team is now building the core project management team that will carry this campus from construction through full facility activation and patient-facing go-live.
As Senior Project Manager, you will be embedded in that team - owning departmental activation schedules, managing cross-functional dependencies, and serving as a trusted partner to department leaders across the organization. This is a high-visibility, mission-critical role with direct impact on how Children's Health serves patients and families for decades to come.

● Collaborate with department leaders and subject matter experts to define operational and facility requirements
● Build and maintain detailed project schedules with proper sequencing and integration into broader campus timelines
● Identify and manage cross-departmental dependencies, coordinating with peer PMs to ensure alignment
● Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies before they affect timeline or budget
● Escalate issues and roadblocks to leadership promptly — with recommended solutions in hand
● Support and implement change management strategies to drive staff readiness and organizational adoption
● Leverage healthcare facility experience to anticipate challenges and bring proven approaches to the team
● 7+ years of project management experience
● Experience as a Project Manager and / or Implementation Manager in a healthcare setting
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

● Hands-on experience with hospital opening, large-scale healthcare facility activation, or new clinical site transition
● Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

● Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools
● Experience with change management methodology and staff readiness programs
You Will Stand Out If You Have
● Led facility activation or transition planning for a major health system
● Partnered with Yellow Brick or similar healthcare transition consulting firms
● Worked on a campus or tower opening of comparable scale
We put our people first. We welcome, value, and respect the beliefs, identities and experiences of our colleagues. We are committed to delivering culturally effective care and equipping our team members to make Children's Health a place where everyone can contribute.
