Aquent is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join an in-house creative production team, where you will be instrumental in bringing content to life. In this role, you’ll be the central orchestrator, ensuring that creative projects, from concept to completion, run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• As a Project Manager, you will be the linchpin for creative projects flowing through the internal studio.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including producers, creative talent, and studio personnel, typically managing 4-6 individuals per project.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Managing content creative projects for various brands and omni-channel initiatives.
• Setting up and maintaining project workflows using industry-standard project management software.
• Establishing and managing communication channels for seamless project coordination.
• Assigning tasks, defining timelines, and allocating team members to projects.
• Tracking project progress and logistics using various tracking and logistics platforms.
• Coordinating effectively with requesters and collaborative teams.
• Supporting workflows across various production studios.
• Potentially cross-training with the logistics team on procurement and tracking.
• You’ll navigate a diverse portfolio of projects, from rapid 4-6 week turnarounds to extensive 12-16 week campaigns, primarily focusing on creating net-new content to bring products online for customers.
• Your ability to simultaneously juggle fast-turn and long-running initiatives will be key to your success.Who You AreYou are an individual who flourishes in a fast-paced, creative environment where adaptability is essential.

• Proficiency with Adobe Workfront (required—this is non-negotiable). Strong understanding of project management fundamentals and terminology.
• Quick learner capable of quickly adapting and operating with minimal daily oversight.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects of varying sizes and timelines concurrently.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in chat-based environments.
• Self-starter with a proactive and positive attitude.Nice-to-Haves Experience with tracking and logistics platforms.
• Marketing background or experience with creative workflows.
