Operations
- Manage day to day Field Operations on assigned projects
- Schedule initial hand-off meetings with sales / estimating and commercial coordinator
Confirms receipt of final production drawings, slab optimization, schedule and plumbing specs 3 weeks prior to Template
- Work closely with commercial coordinator to ensure scheduling is accurate and clients are informed of template times and installation dates in advance
- Coordinate Template/Fabricate/Install with GC / Millworker
Change orders – (submit to COM for approval, then document)
Any material to be priced by Sales
- Proactively assess risk and redirect prior to complications
- Understand SOV and cost to complete to ensure profitability
- Maintain and cultivate positive relationships with installers, subcontractors, and GC’s
Installation Oversight
- Enforce Safety procedures in field
- Ensure Install schedule is correct wrt date/time/manpower requirements, etc.
- Ensure Installers understand job expectations
- Ensure all Installs meet QC guidelines and meet customer expectations
- Enforce complete and correct Installer JWD procedures
- Complete Onsite Visit documentation on all Installs
- Review Installs in MW every day for previous day
Communication
- Daily updates to MoraWare (MW) regarding scheduling changes or delays
- Communicate daily end results, and issue resolutions to MW
- Communicate and update clients on schedules no less than weekly
- Communicate schedule expectations to Ops team
- Maintain positive relationships with Shop Staff
Product Knowledge
- Understand and be able to explain communicate stone characteristics and types, and typical installation methodology
- Have knowledge of and be able to direct install, polish, grind, and silicone; attach sink, seam material, level stone, etc.
- Understand that the stone is only part of the product we provide; our attitudes and service complete the product
Other Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Quality Control in Shop and Field
- Timely response to service requests (24 hour or less policy)
- Always work with employees and installers to ensure morale stays high
- Learn your customers and work to ensure the best service possible
- Manage Customer Service/Warranty obligations as urgently as Installs
- Teach and promote integrity, “Walk the Talk”
- Other duties as assigned

Compensation
- $80k to $110k per year depending on experience
